Day 17: Drawl & Day 18: Asyndeton

This has been the week of crazy words.

Drawl: To say or speak in a slow manner, usually prolonging vowels. I went for a elongated sound, well, as much as I could represent that!

Drawl

Asyndeton: the omission of conjunctions, cross-references, from the Greek meaning “not bound together”.

Basically it means poorly structured sentences. So how do you paint, poorly structured sentences??!! There is a base layer of watery payne’s gray with mars black dropped on top, with some salt, to create the disjointed effect. I added the red glaze to layer in the context of language and the circles represent things not bound together of different types (like verbs and adjectives) as one circle is matte and the other is gloss (and made from different mediums).

And there you have it!
